HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
Orders are usually shipped in two weeks. However, if the order is large or if there is a delay on the fabric shipment, it could take at least 3 weeks. If you would like to know a more specific delivery time before placing an order, just email us at info@spherachutes.com. You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped. Shipping will be calculated at checkout. Spherachutes is not responsible for lost packages or shipping delays on international orders.
Domestic shipping is through USPS and international shipping is through UPS.
If you would like to upgrade shipping; we can provide a quote for the upgrade. Email us at info@spherachutes.com for alternative shipping methods.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
For orders that have already been shipped, there is a 25% restocking fee. Also, shipping charges will not be refunded. The parachute must be unused and clean to receive a refund. All returns must be sent back within 45 days of the purchase. Allow 30 days to process the refund.
WHAT’S THE MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?
We are happy to ship the smallest order to the largest order. We love seeing our chutes in the air, no matter the size!
